Terms & Conditions
Peter Lehmann Wines Golf Challenge Rules will be played under the Handiskins Rules.
PACKAGE ARRANGEMENTS
Packages do not include flights - you will need to arrange your own travel arrangements to and from the venue. Free parking is available on site.
Entry into the Peter Lehmann Wines Golf Challenge will only be accepted through one of the Peter Lehmann Wines Golf Challenge accommodation packages at RACV Royal Pines. Please do not book accommodation elsewhere, Handiskins will not be in a position to accept your entry into the tournament.
ACCOMMODATION
You can extend your stay by contacting RACV Royal Pines Resort; Handiskins does not manage accommodation changes to your package.
Handiskins will NOT cover any additional charges incurred due to room changes or additional requirements. Any additional charges MUST be settled directly with the RACV Royal Pines Resort as per their T&C's.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $200 and a booking & processing fee of $18 is applicable to all payment types (for a total $218).
If you are paying using one of the instalment payment options, please note that a fee may be applicable if there are insufficient funds on the credit card you supply.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancel before 1 Feb 2022 and receive 100% refund of paid amounts – less non refundable deposit and transaction fees.
- Cancel between 1 Feb and 31 March 2022 and receive 75% refund of paid amounts less non refundable deposit and transaction fees.
- Cancellations after 31st March 2022 (including no-shows) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid.
Handiskins has the right to review any cancellation refund request based on individual circumstances.
Should the event need to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions initiated by the government, Handiskins will be offering a full refund on the Handiskins package payments received, less the non-refundable $18 booking fee.
RESPONSIBILITY
Handiskins does not accept any responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our control.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Handiskins recommends you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
