Sushi Hub opened its first store in October 2006.
Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. We have therefore bonded by our love in serving the highest standards of quality products combining with both modern-creativity and traditional styles of Japanese cooking. Most products are locally sourced, we use the Tasmanian salmon and free range chicken for their optimum taste and freshness.
We try out best to provide our customers with great service by demonstrating friendliness, courteousness and professionalism. We pride ourselves as an industry leader. Currently we have nearly 50 stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Australia Capital Territory and Queensland. Sushi Hub aim to working towards achieving 100 stores nationally by 2020.
