Everglades Country Club 2021 Handiskins Championship

Golf is a fascinating game. One of the few games you can play where handicaps level the playing field. But the one thing that remains consistent for the low markers - is their ability to perform with composure under pressure.

Tony Tully from Everglades Country Club is the latest proof of this adage. 12 holes into the round low-marker Tully was nowhere on the scoreboard. But Handiskins particularly rewards those players who can perform on the back nine when the big bucks come into play. It was on the back nine where Tully Shone bright, overtaking his fast-starting rivals with a perfectly timed run snaring two large jackpot holes and a nearest the pin to take the championship.

Tully finished with $460, overpowering a very competitive field of three-time club finalist Michael Quilkey ($300), Kevin Harris ($280), and 2017 club finalist Matthew Egan ($160). A special thanks to Darren and Scott in the proshop for their great and continued support of the Handiskins Competition.
