Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club 2021 Handiskins Championship

Handiskins finals action returned to Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club today after the unfortunate 2020 hiatus due to the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic.

Two enormous jackpot holes were the feature of this final, which coulve gone to anyone such was the quality of golf played out there today. Peter Martin snared the biggest 6-skin jackpot of $480 on the 18th hole, after Club Captain Brent Young had earlier won a 7-skin jackpot of $380.

Overall Brent Young came out on top winning a total of $520 from Peter Martin $480, Genk Kaba $140 and Ryan McCormack $60. The winnings didn't really tell the full story as the 4 finalists were all A graders and there was only 2 shots between all 4 finalists.

Some amazing golf was played and all 4 should be proud of how they played and the spirit the final was played in.

Bridgestone Golf Handiskins Cap

Well done everyone. We hope to see you at the Handiskins National Championship at RACV Royal Pines in 2022 on the Gold Coast.

All four finalists received a Bridgestone Golf Cap and fought it out for their share in $1200 of Club Vouchers.

National Championships Qualifications 2022

All four finalists have now also qualified for the national championship and are extended an invitation to contest Australia's best Amateur golf championship at the 2022 Handiskins National Championship at RACV Royal Pines Resort next May. Given the great spirit shown in today's club final, we are sure all four finalists would be in with a chance to claim the silverware and be crowned Handiskins National Champion. The 2022 event will be held from Wednesday 4th – Sunday 8th May 2022.
